Welfare Management System
This
application covers the inputting , maintenance and searching of core
data for the Modern Education Welfare Service. From pre-referral
through the Referral Process, the Initial Assessment, the Case
Allocation, Non-Legal and Legal Casework through to Conclusion this
system easily facilitates the management, supervision and reporting
requirements of Education Welfare Officers.
This
application records all work done with Families and Children. You can
look at either the Family or Child as a case.
It can also
record all work done that is not particular to a Family or Child so you
can show a school all work that was done for it.
The easy to use
menus and easily visible buttons make the Management and updating of
the system painless tasks.
Statistical
Reporter
This
application is a Statistical Management, Reporting and Exporting Tool.
Its simple ease
of use is achieved by employing a similar format for every Statistical
Report. These consist of Lists, Graphs and Summaries that can be
tailored then Exported, Copied or Printed as required to distribute as
attachments to e-mails or include in annual or end of term reports to
schools.
