The Company's
unique position, working closely with several Education
Welfare Offices implementing new systems and procedures for
more than 10 years, qualifies it to help advise on
operational procedures that surround our applications.
Immediate
telephone access to our support line offering immediate
solutions or Call out site visits. The Company will make
every effort to keep you operational at all times by listening
carefully to your concerns and providing solutions. We don't
disown problems, we work closely with other support staff to
find solutions.
A regular
supply of upgrades, new statistical reports and your ideas
incorporated in new upgrades, where possible, ensure that the
system always matches the services changing needs. You also
benefit from modifications suggested by other education
authorities but are not obliged to use these.
Training is also Included with our support and maintenance
contracts.
